Please , i want my money Back because the Reina Sofia Museum didn’t reconaised the ticket i bought for entranse in the museum And I paid $52 for us

I’ve paid 48€ for two tickets valuing 24€. Audio guide should have been included but once at the museum we discovered they were not and paid additional 9€! Really upset!

El tour fue muy interesante. Rebeca hizo una excelente labor, muy simpática y variada. Se vive la historia, la cual conoce muy bien. !
