My guide, Marta, did a great job, and the tour went very well. The one negative is the website, and the number of emails that I received was overwhelming. You should be able to order tickets, have a clear understanding what to expect, and where to meet. I didn’t have that. What I got was a seemingly endless iteration of emails that had no real content, or we’re not intended for me because it was a guided tour. I think what you need to do is to provide an email to guided tour individuals that is specific to those people, and then to consolidate things for combined guided tours. Additionally, my first exposure in purchasing tickets spoke of starting at the Prado Museum and ending at the Royal Palace. That was exactly opposite of how the tour was actually performed and the source of a great deal of confusion. One thing that you need to remember, is that a good number of people using your service have a limited ability in speaking Spanish,so it is even more important to make the process as simple as possible.
